These files should mostly be used if yours are either corrupted, or you wish to perform a manual update.

If you decide to perform a manual update, please ensure the program file you are updating is NOT in use / running!

With the exception of the installer, all of those files belong in the CheetaChat directory! This is usually something like: "C:\Program Files\CheetaChat\" where "C" is the local disk! This really is dependant on where you originally installed the program!

Rather than perform manual updates of files, running the installer over the top ensuring all of CheetaChat is closed at the time is the best option in most cases!

EmotionsBackup.ini belongs in the "Config" folder in your CheetaChat directory, and the CheetaChat emotions manager in the Tools -> Options dialog will use it to reset your emotions should they become corrupt!
